Anti-Aging Myths and Facts

Each and every one of us begins aging the moment we are born -
If you are alive, you're aging - you can not avoid it. But there are a number of things you can do to stay healthy and active, and to eliminate or at least slow down the many factors that contribute to aging.

Since Ponce de Leon went to the fountain of youth, people have sought ways to slow the aging process. Medical Sciences achieved great strides to keep people alive longer by preventing and treating the disease and help people live healthier and happier. Average life expectancy is increasing and most of us can expect a much longer life of our ancestors.

Already our bodies were designed to have the ability to repair itself, and as long as you take care of yourself properly. The body consists of living cells about 100 billion pounds (100,000,000,000,000), which maintains the same strong and healthy with proper food. Each and every one of the trillions of cells disappears and is replaced by a new cell at regular intervals. And literally the entire body completely replaced every few years - you really was not the same person who was!

What happens with your cells is the key to anti-aging -

When a cell dies, it must be three things could happen:

A) If the cell does not receive proper nutrition, and replace it with a weaker version of the cell. In this scenario, your body deteriorates.
B) cell replacement may have the same ability as its predecessor. In this case, is basically your body in the same place.
C) The third possibility is that the new cell is more powerful than its predecessor. Now that you actually renew the body and reverse the aging process. This can only be achieved if you give the cells of the body a lot of the right kind of food energy to work with.

But you ignore it long enough and you may find yourself in one day suffer during the period at the end of your life with a wide range of diseases and complaints - it is difficult to see and hear cancer and heart disease, osteoporosis, and many other problems.

However, it only takes a little knowledge and work to prevent most, if not all, of this age a clear common problems. There is no magic pill or immediate treatment, and it will take some effort on your part. But the results are worth it. How can this be interesting for you to enjoy years as healthy adults, active, able to continue to do a lot of things that you like more?
